We welcome everybody without exception. Come just as you are. We are not a perfect church filled with perfect people. You can expect a casual environment that is very accepting of people of all backgrounds.
There is not one. You will see people in the congregation dressing very casually, and you will see staff members dressed more formally. Regardless of how you like to dress for church, you will find somebody in our group dressed the same way.
We tend to play a mixture of modern contemporary music, and a blend of traditional hymns. Our group has a diverse range of backgrounds and preferences, so our services reflect the interests of each group. We do not have two services, as some do, with one for traditional and another for contemporary. We feel that would segregate the body of Christ, and discourage the type of unity that pleases the Lord so much. And with this blend, we have had much success.
Coffee and snacks
There is always a bit of coffee brewing in the pot, and some light snacks served after our morning Bible Study times.
Pre Service Bible Study
We host a wide range of Bible studies each morning before the service, all age appropriate. Each one is lead by a lay leader, and the lesson plan is directed by the Holy Spirit.

Pastor CJ commits to not closing church for snow. CJ comes from a part of the country with far worse winters then Colorado, and drives a truck, so he is not afraid of the snow. However we do understand if inclement weather would prevent others in the congregation from feeling safe getting back and forth. CJ feels that by any means, he would rather be available for a newcomer, even if the day they chose to come see us is a very snowy day.
Our transportation ministry may not be able to operate in excessive snow conditions, because our van is rather worn. If our driver decides it is best to not use the van, CJ will be happy to pick people up as needed. One just has to call the church to make arraignments in advance. If the van is not going to be picking people up as usual, members will be notified by email. If having CJ pick people up would prevent service from starting on time, CJ would be willing to bring a Bible study to your home after church. One way or the other, CJ will make sure you have an opportunity to get fed spiritually on the sabbath day.
